Recent article said that government requests public to involve in
handling street kids! This is another misled concept for public for
sure. This street Kids is totally a government's responsibility instead
of public concerns nor an NGOS. How could the government trowed their
shits to people?

More and more homeless and street kids almost in every traffic light
corners, bugging people from coins and letting commuters in restless on
street, who to be blamed?
